Evaluation of the CAFOD’s global COVID-19 response and recovery programme
cafod.org.uk/Lois Austin and Glenn O’Neil carried out this evaluation of CAFOD’s COVID-19 response and recovery programme with national consultants José Luis Barreiro (Colombia), Ramez Ebeid (Lebanon) and Soraya Vanini Tupinambá (Brazil); the evaluation included field visits in the three focus countries. The evaluation findings will support CAFOD in designing and delivering future emergency responses.
