www.icrc.orgOwl RE supported the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in the development of their 2024-2027 Digital Health Framework. Through a series workshops and interviews, the Owl RE team supported the creation of this new Framework, using an inclusive and interactive process, providing support in facilitation, analysis and drafting.
