Glenn, Lois and Patricia were part of a five person team carrying out a review of the global response tools of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent. The team carried out field visits to Panama, Ecuador, Malaysia, South Sudan and Jordan. The results formed the basis of several workshops to discuss the future of the global tools.
