Glenn O’Neil - Founder

Glenn manages all evaluation projects of Owl RE

Glenn is the founder of Owl RE and has led evaluation, research and communication projects for international organisations and companies. Co-author of the Intelligent Measurement blog, Glenn has an Executive Masters in Communications Management from the University of Lugano and is currently undertaking a PhD in research and evaluation methodology at the Methodology Institute of the London School of Economics and Political Science (whose motto is “rerum cognoscere causas” - “to know the cause of things” which we quite like). Glenn also teaches research and communications courses at the International University in Geneva. In the decade prior, Glenn managed communication, education and training programs for the International Red Cross in Africa, Asia and Europe. Glenn is an observer member of the Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance in Humanitarian Action (international interagency forum) and a member of the European Evaluation Society (professional association). Australian and Swiss, Glenn speaks English, French and is currently learning Italian.

Patricia Goldschmid -  Senior Consultant

Patricia undertakes research, analysis and leads projects for Owl RE

Patricia specialises in the analysis and assessment of strategic and online communications. Patricia has over 12 years experience working in project management and communications in the Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and IT sectors. She has an Honours Masters of Science in Communications from the University of Lugano, Switzerland and is co-founder of the Geneva Communicators Network. Peruvian, Canadian and Swiss, Patricia speaks English, French, German, Spanish and is conversant in the unofficial Swiss national language: schweizerdeutsch.

Rosita Ericsson - Consultant

Rosita undertakes research and analysis for Owl RE

Rosita specialises in the strategic use of media and communication for development. She has worked internationally with project management, evaluation, training and advisory services for government, international organizations and NGOs for the last six years and has evaluated communication programs and strategies in Vietnam, West Africa and in Sweden. With a background in journalism, she has completed her Political Science studies with a Masters in Communication for Development at Malmo University, Sweden. Rosita is Swedish and speaks English, French and Swedish.

Richard Gaunt MCIPR - London Consultant

Richard manages online survey design and analysis for Owl RE

Richard has been a professional communicator for over 35 years, working for major international companies as a PR consultant. In 2001, he launched Benchpoint, a company specialised in evaluation and measurement, and internet surveys. He has founded successful PR consultancies. A member of the Chartered Institute of PR, he is a regular speaker at international conferences, and has presented papers on communications effectiveness and the measurement of communications ROI at various conferences including the Annual Measurement Summit in the US and is co-author of the Intelligent Measurement blog. British, Richard speaks English and French.
