Methodologies and guidelines
Many organisations seek more than simple “one-shot” evaluation projects. Owl RE works with organisations in developing evaluation methodologies applicable for their particular situations. These methodologies, usually a set of principles, procedures and processes to carry out evaluation systematically are developed in close cooperation with the project teams that will use them. A series of tools are then developed to introduce the methodologies into the organisation, including:
- Evaluation guidelines and manuals
- Training workshops on using the methodologies
- Training modules on the methodologies
- Case studies on the methodologies in use
