Owl RE

Training and event evaluation

Owl RE assists organisations in evaluating training programmes and events.

Training programmes: we go beyond simply measuring the reactions of participants to a training programme. Through post-training surveys, interviews, monitoring and network mapping, we examine what has been learnt and implemented in the daily work of participants; the tangible and non-tangible results in organisations; and the networks developed by participants.

Events: Businesses spend an estimate 150 billion US dollars per year in organising meetings and events in the US alone. However, organisations rarely measure the impact of meetings and events: what did attendance at meetings or events change in the performance of individuals and organisations as a whole? Owl RE assesses the immediate reactions and changes to knowledge and behaviour of participants through post-event surveys, network mapping, media monitoring, and panel studies.
